To say that '75 was a huge year for both AC/DC and for Australian Rock Music is a hell of an understatement, it was the year the band performed "It's a long way to the top" on the back of a truck as it made its way through the CBD of Melbourne with BON SCOTT on Vocals & Bagpipes. It's from this historical perspective that a poster such as this is of such importance as it serves to remind us of AC/DC's and our development along that "Long way to the top" and yes indeed we did "Wanna Rock 'n' Roll".

AC/DC stand alone in Australian Rock Music history as our longest serving ambassadors to the World Rock arena. This Classic Poster goes back to 1975 when the boys were paying their dues all over OZ including, believe it or not, such gigs as Offbeat’s own Williamstown Town Hall. The Photo of Angus used in the design of this Poster was taken at one of our local High Schools during a lunchtime gig for the students.

They of course went on to much bigger stages and continue to enjoy World domination.
